This website collects analytics and nothing else. There are no accounts here, no payments, and no newsletter.

What is collected

If you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. That is the whole of it. It is used to see which writing gets read.

If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no measurement is sent. A single small record of that choice is kept in your browser so the notice does not ask again. Declining costs you nothing on this site — every page works identically either way.

What is not collected

No account details, because there is no sign-in. No payment information, because nothing is sold here. No files, documents or source code. Nothing you type is stored, because there is no form — the contact page is an email address.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers. There is no advertising on this site and no profile is built about you.

Where it goes

Analytics data goes to Google, which processes it on servers outside Canada, under its own terms. The site itself is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps ordinary request logs. Those are the only two third parties involved in this website.

The projects listed in the register are separate services with their own terms and their own policies. This page covers this website only.

Email you send us

If you write to hello@devclusterai.com, that message is kept so the conversation can be continued. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not used for anything else. Ask and it will be deleted.

Your rights, and who to ask

DevClusterAI is incorporated in Canada, so Canadian federal privacy law applies, along with provincial law where it is stricter. You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address above; there is no form to fill in and no ticket to raise.

If this page is ever changed, the revision date at the top changes with it, and the change is visible in the site’s public history.
